Afterwards we went to Phong Nha Nationalpark. This park has the biggest cave in the world, Son Doong (if you want to visit it you need good condition for a 50 km walk and book a tour one year before) and a huge system of connected caves. We decided to visit the "Paradise Cave" which really is a huge hidden underground paradise in the rainforest!

Anyway, Hai Phong is located along Kingsway by Inverness. With so many Vietnamese restaurants along this stretch of Kingsway, it is very easy to dismiss Hai Phong as just one of the many. The interior is bright because of the glass wall along the facade of the restaurant. The place looks new and even have wide screen TVs mounted on the walls.

JackDylan 9/16/2012 1618 EST A lot of people asking me that question...I've been keen on Vietnam for some time now, and I've read that the north is a more culturally authentic experience correct me if I'm wrong. Also the cooler northern weather would suit me better. I've been living in Barcelona for the past two years and I wanted a change from the packed, hot, polluted, big-city environment; so I thought about a smaller Vietnamese city. I found the following blog on the net and Hai Phong seemed like a good bet an English teacher, and the two couple from the blog seemed to have a ball teaching in Hai Phong. But to be honest, it's always been in the back of my mind that Ha Noi is probably where I'll end up. I reckon I'll give Hai Phong a month to see what it can offer, and then chance my arm in the big city. So I guess that's the reason. Do you know anything about Hai Phong?Regards,Jack asiaworld 9/17/2012 0355 EST Vietnameses from Vietnam when we heard people come from Hai phong, we got scared. You should be careful if you really want to live there. They will hustle you everywhere and everything. Poeple from the north are very aggressive. Be should pick Da-Nang, or Hue city. The weather is cool there too and have a lot of beautiful beaches. Good luck Jack. I will come back to Vietnam in about 1 month to Saigon. Anything you want to know in Vietnam, I will mail to you. My email Vinahouselink 9/17/2012 0525 EST Hi Jack, I'm Van, working for Real Estate Agency in Hanoi. I read some replies about Hai Phong city but I don't think Hai Phong is worst place to stay. First, weather there is cool because city is near by beach. Second, Hai Phong is developing city, so it's full facilities for your stay. Next, in my view, there is no reason that some body will do harm with you if you don't make anything to city is quiet, peace, good environment for relaxing. But If you are a young man, I think big city is more try to stay there several months and change your arm to big city if you don't like to Vietnam !Van AGS Worldwide Movers can move you to and from anywhere in the world.
